Pro Cooperative Members Vote No on Unification
2/16/2018(FEB. 15, 2018; Pocahontas & Cherokee, IA) – Members of Pro Cooperative have voted against approving the unification agreement between Pro Cooperative and First Cooperative Association.
Each cooperative will continue to operate as an individual, locally owned and controlled entity.
The final vote outcome announced at the Feb. 15 Special Meeting of the Members of Pro Cooperative is 547 Pro members voting for unification and 621 Pro members voting against.
